Bovada problem - chargeback?!

I posted this in another thread but it didn’t get much traffic, was curious if anyone has got this ?


I got an email from Bovada saying that there was a charge back from my credit card deposit back in October? They are saying that they are going to report me to collections agencies if I don’t pay...
I deposited like $100 or $200 and ended up losing it..I checked my statements from the date of deposit to now and there has been no chargebacks from my account and no refunds to my cc?

Anyone have deals with this?

I have had problems with them...Specifically their CC department. They fucked me and I ate it (small $)...But I won't deposit another penny there with the CC and has to be a good bonus for me to deposit otherwise to them.

Their CS is a joke, especially when you need help with something critical.

Well I have called my Cc that I deposited with and there has been no chargeback...I’m not giving them another penny

Tell them this and ask if you need to email or fax it to them.

Thanks for posting this. I was "thinking" of adding them as a 2nd offshore book, but this ends that. I'm satisfied with Intertops. I would say call them like Hache Man says above to see if it can be resolved that way. It seems to me this would be a stupid way for them to try and make extra money.. If they say fax it, you should also receive an apology from them!!!!!
